Our client from the healthcare sector is looking for a HR manager who can maintain and enhance the organizations' human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plans and organizes staff and their activities to achieve the organization's mission and initiatives
  •  Manages human resources operations by recruiting, managing a team, maintaining compensation, accumulating resources, resolving problems, and implementing change.
  •  Makes on-site visits to related units/departments for exposure to employees, informal discussions and promotion of Human Resources assistance and availability of all staffs.

Skills and Requirements
