Duties and Responsibilities

  • To supervise the performance of the call center in order to build up standard operating procedures and implement best practices
  • To manage customer service agents by executing quality assurance program
  • To evaluate contact center while providing insight solutions
  • To communicate with the operation team for the overall performance progress

Skill and Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience preferably in a contact center
  • Ability to present solid analytical communication and reporting skills
