To take part in full-cycle incident response management, an experienced Incident Response Manager is needed!
Being an important and critical bridge to Myanmar’s fast-growing economies, this organization has been a leader in both banking and technology. The role shall be responsible for major system incidents response and prevention.
Bachelor’s or Master degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
Job Experience & Skill Required:
More than 4 years of incident response experience in the banking or telecommunication industry
ITIL Certification is a must
Hands-on experience with NOC
Detailed understanding of incident response processes (detection, triage, incident analysis, remediation, and reporting)
Hands-on experience with the full-cycle incident response (mitigation, correction, prevention)
