This manager will be responsible for devise idealistic customer communication campaigns for different channels, create Retention program and attractive Pack programs, coordinate with various functions to reach an effective customer journey. A relevant Bachelor’s Degree Holder (Marketing/ Business Management)
Job Experience & Skills Required:
6 years of experience in Customer value management within the related background
Extensive experience in UAT, analytical tools, SQL, and RCA key performance metrics
Strong understanding of ROI positive marketing programs
Must be fluent in English
