Duties and Responsibilities

  • To monitor and strategic all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
  • To improve processes of call center, preparing reports, analyze and ensuring resources.
  • To guide the answering of representative’s questions through difficult calls or issues.
  • To manage company social media channels and communications.

Skill and Requirement

  • Must have bachelor’s degree in business or other fields of study
  • Must have minimum 3 years of proven customer support experience or similar position
  • Must have good communication in English and Burmese.
  • Must have experiences in Banking Industries.
