Customer Service Assistant Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
- To monitor and strategic all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- To improve processes of call center, preparing reports, analyze and ensuring resources.
- To guide the answering of representative’s questions through difficult calls or issues.
- To manage company social media channels and communications.
Skill and Requirement
- Must have bachelor’s degree in business or other fields of study
- Must have minimum 3 years of proven customer support experience or similar position
- Must have good communication in English and Burmese.
- Must have experiences in Banking Industries.
- $Up to 500,000 MMK + Other Allowances
