Lead a capable team to ensure the doubts and worries of the company’s customers. This banking company is striving to become the most well-managed bank in the world

Education: 

Bachelor’s Degree in either Business Studies

Job Experience & Skills Required: 

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a large team to handle a large volume of inbound calls.

Must have a strong command of English and Myanmar

Proficient with Microsoft Office and call center related software

Prior working experience in either banking/financial services is a big plus
