Assistant Sales Manager

One of the leading exports & import companies is searching for an Assistant Sales Manager to manage and improve the multi-functional business teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implementing the strategic business plan which enlarges the company ensures its strong presence and customer base.
  • Grow and maintain customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering with them.
  • Assist in ensuring that solid plans are in place to achieve the area’s revenue and expense goals through the area’s strategic market plan, sales plans, business plans, forecasting, etc.
  • Analyzing the shifts and emerging markets at the time of fully aware of new products and competition status.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business management or a related field. (Master’s degree is preferable).
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in FMCG as a sales executive or sales manager.
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Capability to handle multiple projects and work independently.
