Assistant Sales Manager
One of the leading exports & import companies is searching for an Assistant Sales Manager to manage and improve the multi-functional business teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Implementing the strategic business plan which enlarges the company ensures its strong presence and customer base.
- Grow and maintain customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering with them.
- Assist in ensuring that solid plans are in place to achieve the area’s revenue and expense goals through the area’s strategic market plan, sales plans, business plans, forecasting, etc.
- Analyzing the shifts and emerging markets at the time of fully aware of new products and competition status.
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business management or a related field. (Master’s degree is preferable).
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in FMCG as a sales executive or sales manager.
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
- Capability to handle multiple projects and work independently.
