Call Center Training Head
Do you have extensive experience in the call center to advance team performance and skills?
This Training Head is responsible for overseeing the call center team, understanding of new and existing products and services, review training programs, identifying the training needs for call center training program, to improve customer service experience. This is a leading Banking & Financial Service company in Myanmar.
A relevant Bachelor’s Degree holder
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in Banking and Financial background will be ideal
Strong experience in customer service and call center management
Excellent leadership skills, problem-solving skills, and presentation skills
Fluent in both English and Myanmar language
