This manager will handle the customer service team to advance customer service experience, assist in establishing call center objectives, evaluate performance and productivity of the call center team and provide training, to support better service to the customers. This is a fast-growing financial services company in Myanmar.
A relevant Bachelor’s Degree holder (Business Administration/Management)
Job Experience & Skills Required:
At least 2 years of managerial experience in Customer Service within related background will be ideal
Outstanding leadership skills, problem-solving skills and presentation skills
Fluent in both English and Myanmar language (Both verbal & written)
Able to work with team
