Are you ready to support the customer service team to improve the customer service experience?
This role is responsible for supporting the customer service team, align with other departments, analyze customer service impact, call center situations, handle feedback and suggest requirements to support the best customer services to the customers and clientele. This company is a leading telecommunication company in Myanmar.
A relevant Bachelors’ Degree
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Minimum 7 years of experience, 3 years of managerial experience in customer service, within telecommunication or Banking industry
Well understanding of business, customer service experience, and data analysis
Strong leadership skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in both Myanmar and English language
