Customer Service Officer

A Myanmar’s renown telecommunication company is seeking a Customer Service Officer to maintain customers' satisfaction by ensuring all available services met with the customer’s expectation.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To support the customer call center to help improve the quality service of delivering and conveying the operational information of FAQs
  • Reviewing and monitoring customer's feedback from each different channel and service trends
  • To corporate with the related internal stakeholders to assure all customer service support channel thoroughly understand services
  • To map, plan and manage events, assigned projects and procedures

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field of study
  • 3 years of working experience in customer service field or similar position
  • Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Must be fluent with both English and Burmese language
