Duties and Responsibilities

  • To match individuals to client needs in order to balance objectives and goals from both sides
  • To create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards
  • To ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery
  • To deliver a comprehensive service to enquiring customers

Skill and Requirement

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a customer service position from banking industry
  • Must have good understanding of management practices and communication skills
  • Must have excellent communication with English language
