Head of Brand Operations, Yangon

Responsibilities
  • Research market, monitor trends and identifying potential products
  • Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines
  • Implement short term and long term Brand operation strategy
  • Be Responsible for Sales Stock turnover
  • Align operations across territories of the brand
  • Operations program for retail stores that enables strong execution to deliver against strategic and financial objectives
  • Engaged, high-performing team and collaborative cross-functional teams recognized for driving successful results through operational excellence.
  • Manage business reporting to principal and fulfill all requirement on the Annual purchase, VM, marketing & Sell through trends.
  • Manage effective purchase plan from sales forecast, purchasing, stock delivery and management in most cost-effective manners and within allocated budgets.
  • Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays
  • Provide visual merchandising support for seasonal showrooms installations, corporate functions, and special events.
  • Support the development and rollout of new visual programs and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain company standard guides to uphold and maintain brand standards
  • Producing window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotions displays
  • Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy
  • Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result
  • Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
  • Annual Budgeting and business planning
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/ Marketing Management
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Brand Operation Management
  • Strong knowledge on VM and Have experience
  • Former Experience in Retail Fashion Business
  • Must fluent in English
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Good Negotiation Skill
  • Proactive
  • Passion for visual merchandising and fashion.
  • Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong creative hand with the ability to research and communicate key ideas to drive visual standards.
  • Excellent planning and analytical skill
