One of the leading financial service companies is requesting a HR coordinator to handle the HR operations and support the HR department with HR related administrative matters.
Duties and responsibilities
- To ensure that day to day HR operations are effective, efficient and resolve all problems or issues that hinder the operation.
- To support the HR department with HR related administrative and employee relation matters.
- To handle and be involved with a full range of HR function.
- Is responsible for reporting about all HR operation matters to the Head of HR.
Skills and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource management, business administration or related field of study.
- Over 2 years of experience with full HR function and is familiar with HR operations.
- Possesses problem solving, able to excel in fast pace working environment and a positive learning attitude.
- Intermediate Proficiency in English and possess excellent communication skills.
- $700,000 MMK + Other Allowances
