Duties and Responsibility
- Develop external relationship such as Concern Government office (FDA, and other registrations) and partners (Landlord, Shopping Center or Department Store).
- Manage the performance management system of the company.
- Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Establish policies and procedures, rules and regulations compliance with the labor law.
