 Job & Company Description: 

Some of the role’s key focus areas: work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention, can analyze trends and metrics with the HR department

Education: 

Any bachelor’s degree holder and Diploma in HRM/HRD or equivalent is a must. 

The related field of studies and an MBA degree is preferable. 

Job Experience & Skills Required: 

5 to 7 years of working experience in the HR, within the financial services sector preferable
