Organization Development & Learning Manager

Duties And Responsibility

  • Create training event for all employees  for initial inductions to leadership programmes
  • Linking all HR processes
  •  Create some internal workshops on topics such as time management and organizational skills
  • Train managers and HR team on effective selection skills and tools
  • Individual and organizational development needs to evaluate
  • Improve and maintain a comprehensive employee skills and knowledge database
  • Strong understanding of the Company’s goals and the ability to integrate interventions and programmed that fully support learning & development management in organisation
  • Strategic thinking and ability to influence senior

Skills / Experience

  • At least 3 years’ experience at HR management level including Recruitment & Selection Management
  • Training program management.
  • People management skills & talent management including promotion, development, succession planning
  • Good relationship skills at all levels in business
  • Drive Innovation
  • Collaborate with the System, Customers, and Key Stakeholders
  • Develop Self and Others
  • 3rd level / University
