QA Team Lead

Myanmar’s leading bank is looking for a QA Team Lead to help develop and manage the system to ensure the quality of all IT system operation.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To implement and manage the testing processes and methods to ensure the system run with quality
  • Create and modify the testing methods to tracks and measure bugs, errors, technical mistakes and performance.
  • Responsible as a leading role for QA Team in establishing and supporting project goals, tasks and priorities
  • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance to ensure standard quality is met

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in B.E (I.T)/B. Tech (I.T) or other related studied fields
  • Minimum 4 years of working experiences as QA lead in any industries. Highly preferred to have experience in Financial Service Industries
  • Possesses excellent negotiation, management skill, is detail-oriented and Tech savvy.
  • Fluent in English, possess great communication and content writing skills.
