QA Team Lead
Myanmar’s leading bank is looking for a QA Team Lead to help develop and manage the system to ensure the quality of all IT system operation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- To implement and manage the testing processes and methods to ensure the system run with quality
- Create and modify the testing methods to tracks and measure bugs, errors, technical mistakes and performance.
- Responsible as a leading role for QA Team in establishing and supporting project goals, tasks and priorities
- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance to ensure standard quality is met
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in B.E (I.T)/B. Tech (I.T) or other related studied fields
- Minimum 4 years of working experiences as QA lead in any industries. Highly preferred to have experience in Financial Service Industries
- Possesses excellent negotiation, management skill, is detail-oriented and Tech savvy.
- Fluent in English, possess great communication and content writing skills.
- $Up to 800,000 MMK + Other Allowances.
