This Training Specialist will be responsible for monitoring call center team, assists developing in individual and team, support training materials to implement call center quality, to enhance the customer service experience. A relevant Bachelor’s Degree holder (Business Administration/Management)
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Call Center within related background will be ideal
Excellent leadership skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in both English and Myanmar language (Both verbal & written)
Must be able to use Microsoft package
